Off Limits
"Off limits" became a popular term during WWII. Off limits meant: not to be entered or patronized by a designated military class or rank. This photo of a young soldier was taken by another enlisted man, who became his life long partner in business after they returned from surviving the battle of the Bulge, the liberation of France, and the infiltration of Germany . How do I know this? The man in the photo is my father. He passed away at age 84 two years ago.
