Blue-Eyed Grass and Bamboo
Every year in the early spring, blue-eyed grass blooms abundantly around the lakes and ponds throughout Florida. They are brilliantly colored, but very tiny. In reality, they are too small for cutting and displaying at home. For the purpose of sharing their beauty, I photographed, re-proportioned, and layered the flowers with an image of locally grown bamboo leaves, and an image of the Japanese vase to create this still life.

Very beautiful, Matt. I like the gradation in the background.
