Cormorant in the Morning Fog
The prehistoric-looking Cormorant is commonly seen perching on pilings, docks, and channel markers. This one had just finished swallowing a small fish that it caught, while swimming under the water. He is now waiting for the sun to burn away the morning fog and to dry his black feathers. This is a digital painting created in Photoshop.

I guess all flights were delayed because of the fog. Excellent!
